The Story Saperavi is famous for being one of the darkest red grapes in the world, but with a gentle touch, it transforms into a stunning, vibrant rosé. Gamarjoba Saperavi Rosé captures the lighter, playful spirit of the Kakhetian summer.
By limiting skin contact during fermentation, we extract the fresh fruit aromas of the Saperavi grape without the heavy tannins. The result is a dry rosé that is fuller in body and flavor than its European counterparts—a wine that is refreshing yet undeniably full of character.
Appearance: A vivid, luminous pink with violet hues.
Aroma: An expressive bouquet bursting with red berries—wild strawberries, raspberries, and a tart hint of pomegranate.
Palate: Crisp, dry, and invigorating. The lively acidity makes it incredibly refreshing, while flavors of red currant and cranberry linger on the finish. It offers a structured mouthfeel rare for a rosé.
